The story was supposed to be concluded in 5 seasons, but the show renewal was evaluated season by season and this time decided to not Renew (decision by Apple Tv). I have read that the show has the rights to even continue with a different platform Though, but at the Moment none of the other platforms took a step in, so probably this won't happen
@@iAmJoshC i changed to 4 when M Night became the showrunner. he initially the first 2 seasons was just a very influential consultant to the show, then the main guy departed and he had to take it over. thats when they cut a season. its a shame really because the ending...not a fan really. typical disappointing M ending leaving almost all big questions posed during 4 seasons unanswered...much like many of his movies. oh well it was still fun
So sad Season 4 is the last. I want to see these three + Rupert in more shows together. Honestly, they are an incredible dynamic. Hugely underrated show oozing with drama and chaos, my absolute fave.
This series was great, I loved it. They didnt overstay their time, it ended well and the lore + plot made a lot of sense as whole in the end ( was one of my worries, shyamalan has history). I could not predict how it would end, I think it had a poetic ending. I gonna miss a lot the atmosphere and vibe of the show. Now I guess its time to go back to waiting for Severance season 2 to come out.
Lauren Ambrose⭐, after Six Feet Under just such an incredible comeback to International recognition again. I was crazy happy to see her from the moment I started to watch The Servant (almost ready to watch again Six Feet Under all over again). Incredible acting. Hope to see her again and again in this sort of quality productions.
To find out everybody accent was fake, is so crazy except for Lauren. It was so good from everybody but Tobe, Ruppert, and Lauren’s characters were played perfectly.
I rewatch season 1 to 4, I was bored during the lockdown, wanted something new to watch, already went through Netflix, Disney, couldn’t find anything, as a mother each episode and character truly touched me, especially Dorothy and Sean, and seeing Leanne want a family as the show progressed is sad , why she deferred from lesser saints, also I didn’t know the actor for Sean has an accent, his English is so great on screen.
strangely she is even prettier on the show without the makeup just amazing. you can tell the other gal does not like her at all as she says she really enjoys working with the dude.....not a word about her LMAO perhaps a bit jealous.
I can't get over that all of them except Lauren are British! They could've had it take place in London really, but their American accents are crazy good.

No disrespect to the other actors, they’re good, but Lauren carries this show hard. She is fucking fantastic.
Toby's performance on "dead mans shoes" is also immense.
