Yes, when you get your Sail and Sign Card, go to a kiosk, enter your portfolio number from your card, then go to acct management, add gift card. Be sure you have the number and pin
Just tried this past two days and keep getting error message from AARP "We're having an issue completing your purchase. This however does not mean your purchase did not go through and your card may be charged a hold. Please try again or call (800 number)." Tried yesterday and today with different browsers and on PC and phone...won't go through and no confirmation..but they still charge my card??

Did you clear your temp files (cache)? I have never received that message
We had this issue. Make sure your credit card address matched what AARP has on file for you.
