I’m guessing that he’s put a ton of thought into who he wants on his staff. He’s very well respected and prepared. I’m more curious who’s going to coach the offensive line than the offensive coordinator. We need a good line coach and better offensive lineman. I’m happy we got Vrabel, at least we’re going to get some respect again.
Agree with Will about nex year: Pats - if they get an good influx of talent - should win 8-9 games. Their schedule isn't that difficult, so it's definitely possible. Anything beyond that is gravy.
Vrable was a good pick for a head coach.. now it's time to turn to tides and start picking off the tree of the Kansas City Chiefs did Oc, Dc or even the general manager.. we definitely need to be back on top where we are supposed to be..m

OL coaches always overlooked, look at the browns without Callaghan this year, anytime Dante left the pats, who is the Eagles asst o line coach might be worth a look as they consistently improve guys who either weren’t highly drafted or failed elsewhere
Draft T-Mac and grow him with Drake. 6'5 220, sub 4.4 26 tds 3500+yds 3 seasons. Started as a true freshman. Unbelievable talent and better person. A great get for the community he goes to.
All comes the staff especially on off now, who is developing the talent who can put average players in situations to succeed, best hope from the draft is realistically 3 starters then maybe 4 from FA in terms of plus starters Im sure there will be some league avg guys come in too
My expectations are 6 to 8 wins next year, while being competitive throughout the season. Playoffs in year two. I feel like this is reasonable, and I’ll be sad if they’re not met
Wes Welker would be perfect as the receivers coach. He did a great job with Miami. Not sure why they just let him go, but I think he would be a good fit.
Patriots could not afford to wait any longer. I think it was Vrabel all long. It’s a great fit, team and locker room is in dysfunctional mode. Vrabel brings instant credibility. Sorry the Rooney rule is not effective.
How many of you feel that Jarod Mayo was done fairly? I think they wanted Vrabel all along, but it was written into Mayo's contract that he was next in line.
Did winning a must lose game save Mayo's job? If I was Kraft I would have spent the first half hour after the game yelling at him THEN I would have fired him

I agree but looking at schedule for next year can be tricky. Sometimes teams you think will be bad and of course the opposite it true too.
20-0
Now they have to get hunter…Vrabel loves cornerbacks…we can use free agency for Stanley and Smith at OL…and go after Higgins….
I hope the Jets hire Mayo 😂
I was theorizing that after they fired him 😂

Can we stop talking about the process? Pats fans care about results - IMO Vrabel gives us direction and hope!

Bryan Flores is. ERY VERY UNDERRATED

Mike will I would really love a jets patriots rival to start up so sick of the bills want them to move into the 3rd slot what's your take on it!
Sign a slew of offensive linemen such as cam Robinson and draft Tet McMillian
To Will's point, I can only hope Mayo coaches the Jets or any other team in the conference. With all due respect did he watch the Pats this year?
Definitely bring Josh as the OC. That’s the only person from the bill time they should bring
