This is a great case. I ended up not putting a switch in mine, bit it has a mini PC so I can use the touchscreen. For those looking to the exact fit I used a Planar Helium PCT2235 Touch and it fits perfectly. Touchscreens are a little harder to find right now so my other option was a Mac Mini and use a touchpad. The FIT controller covers most things anyways.
It will rin LV1 quite well, but you lose the touch capabilities. However, if you use a touchpad it's still really usable. The FIT will handle most of what you are doing.
You absolutely can. I used to run Windows on my Mac Mini in the Holi case, but have since switched to a much smaller PC. Mele Quieter2. It has more ports and is 1/4 the size of the Mac.
