Very interesting. I would like to know more about the limit force of this kind of press. In case a very strong man (superhero level, non regular human, comics/movies) go to do bench press on this forge press and he got more of 10000t upwards, the machine will just stop, it will bend, it will release oil ?

Nothing would happen.. That's the beauty of relief valves.

One factor that people should consider is that much of the force of that press have to do with the weight of the machine itself, using gravity and building a very heavy machine the hydraulic cylinders don’t have to be quite as strong because the weight of the machine is doing about half of the work. Think about that for a moment

Right, but it's more weight + speed :)
Such machine weoghts about 500-600 tons or so. Conpared to 10000 it's only a glimpse of that force

@@wiciuwiciu2783 the machine may weigh 500 tons, but most of that is just sitting on the foundation.
The only weight that helps the press is the weight of the moving assembly, which is just the upper yellow casting and the hydraulic rams, and that hardly adds any weight, compared to the capacity of the press.

So big that even the factory gantry cranes can't lift components!

they used a crane for the first two guide pillars at the rear and then the overhead for the next two, Not sure why they couldnt use it for all 4, maybe overlap with the lower crane? no idea here

Pitiful video! Did an adult review this video prior to release? People come to videos like this to be educated and not listen to intrusive horrible music where they could provide some educational narration. Best of luck, but this is awful.
