Kathy Fettig haha!! I have a LOT of jackets, vests, and hats. Funny thing I noticed is there’s one hoodie that I apparently really like because I wore it a lot. I had a lot more “no baby” checks but I had to cut them out to make it shorter 😂

When I was waiting for my foal I had the dates but there was no evidence and everyone said she wasn’t pregnant (before horse ultrasounds). That night I determined to check her all night then at 2 am I was sooo tired I just sat on the side of the bed for a few minutes to wake up before I looked out the window and when I looked out the window suddenly there was two big eyes looking back at me from the tiniest foal. I could not believe it. My husband was sleeping in a tent outside so he could monitor the mare but she did not disturb either. My old mare had her baby all on her own with no help and no signs of being pregnant. When the dawn come every horse in the neighbourhood sang with joy it was like nothing I had ever heard EVERY HORSE for miles for about an hour announced to the world a horse child was born. Amazing never seen that happen before.
Have you tried getting one of those devices that attaches to the mares tail(or canal) and sends an alert to your phone when the foal starts coming out? Forgot what it's called.
