Maceration only happens when the PERFUMER is making and prepping the perfume. They do NOT macerate by sitting after air has been brought into the bottles

Both yes and no.
That's why I say ageing/matureing/maceration.
It is not a fact as such.
A perfume should honestly be macerated under the product yes, but not always that the oils are fully blended when you buy a fragrance (anymore atleast)
As I said, I could elaborate much more here, but it is almost much easier to just search for it on google or youtube, then you can easily see what is meant by it and what I mean by what I point out in the video here.
What I point out is elaborated in many places by different people.
