Kris tip lang para sa sleep paralysis. meron din kc ako nyan dati pero nawala din. try to sleep on the left side at wag kang papaling sa right. scientific speaking, mas mabilis ang pagproduce ng acid reflux sa right at neutral naman sa left. ^_^
