    hi....i have one doubt - if we create 2 vpcs one for master ,one for nodes how this two vpcs connect each other and how traffic communicate !!!

      They will communicate using VPC peering in such cases. Please refer docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/peering/what-is-vpc-peering.html for more information about VPC peering.
      Once connected, traffic between the two VPCs can flow through the peering connection
