Looking great! A good improvement on my Find X3 pro, but unfortunately I can't afford to upgrade every year 😅 The UI looks great but still doesn't allow for moving around home screens and infite scrolling between home screens, as far as I know. That still makes me stick with Nova Launcher.
I have the white one and I really love it. A few quirks here and there but extremely impressed as a whole. I didn't mind the price personally as I found a contract with unlimited data, but the data costs less than £5 a month, so my contract is pretty much entirely the phone - total £42.99 a month. The other flagships I was looking at (aside from not coming with a charger) would've been £60 - £80 a month contracts. I got the free pre-order gifts here as well in the UK (smart watch, wireless charger, earbuds, case) so well worth the price for me also (would be without the gift pack).

I don't think zoom is used enough to justify the extra development costs. They conducted consumer research into this. I know I never really need to zoom in when taking pictures.
I can see the build difference clearly, between X5 Pro and Iqoo 9 Pro. However, rest on the paper both look very very same. You have reviewed both the devices, what stands out for you? (apart from value for money)
I love oppo phones. I had the find x2 pro, £565, find x3 pro, which I have now, £525. I always wait till the new model is 6 to 8 months old and you can pick them up for around half price.To get the x3 pro for £525 I had to forgo the box. I will not pay £1000 for a flagship that is worth half 6 to 8 months later. I think if everyone started doing this the price would come down.
What i expected from the device is it will run the Dimensity 9000 in the video because of the recently poster by the company but nope just the 8 Gen 1 and still couldn't reach 8K24FPS back camera + 4K60FPS front camera; i honestly dishearted by the 8 Gen 1 by now...the only phone that i'm impressed most with the SoC is the Red Magic 7.
Yeah. I couldn't imagine how Red Magic able to put 4k/60 on their main cam while other smartphone brand with their flagship tier phone doesn't even have 4k/60. They always end up 4k/30.
not only that, some redmagic phones has 8k 30 fps. i just imagine in a few years time there will be an exact same comment like this but replace 4k 60 fps to 8k 60 fps and replace 8k 24fps to 12k 24 fps.

With Android 13 you can expand RAM by extra 12GB now, not that I need that for WhatsApp 😂 Jokes apart bought it since it released, and it's such a great device, definitely holding on it 3-4 more years
I've been watching you're videos for a while now I think you should show the gaming performance of these phones playing some heavy games like wii games, call of duty or ps2 games since we're talking about some great and latest processor here

I just picked up a refurbed as new s20+ 5g for $730 aud . Honestly I can't keep up with the top end phones in price. Just not worth it. 2yr old phones are almost just as good if not better than some flagships from other companies.

The X2 Pro has 5x optical zoom. The X3 Pro has 3x optical zoom. Now this, 2x optical zoom. Why do they downgrade the zoom lense?
They'll probably release a pro+ version so they downgrade the pro model
The x3 pro only had 2x zoom, it's selling point was the microscopic camera
because as it's a Chinese brand they look at their small 🌲
