I bought $300 mustery return box when i got it had over 100 beats headaets in it 4 were broke the rest were perfect thats the best i ever did on one made like $2k.
Oh my goodness, you will be busy….i keep missing the lives, visitors etc etc…I just went on Amazon as i need electric hair items with heating…but with American plugs. I am going on holidays to Mexico through Dallas, and it’s easier to just buy the items I need there, and leave the Australian plugs at home. I bet when you open the boxes you will have all the things I was looking for….lol….oh i just bought that treadmill with remote and speakers..😅
Is there any chance to get a direct contact with the companies? I've seen often spams on Facebook about Amazon pallets or a few misery boxes for just € 3 or less if you clik a Amazon related link... I don't trust it.
So what I want to know is how do I cut out the middleman and go straight to Amazon to buy the pallets I realize there’s going to be a minimum purchase price and usually that’s pretty steep but what I have not figured out is how to connect with Amazon to make that purchase, so if you have any insight, please do share. Thanks.
You have to build a relationship and eventually when you show them you have an operation that can handle the volume of product they need to move then maybe. Thats how it works with Home Depot.
We just partnered with Amazon, they wanted us to own a pallet business so we had to get an ETIN, Register the business with the state and fill out the “sales tax” forms and include all of that info on the form before we were allowed to buy them
I fear I may have gotten ripped off or scammed. I saw an ad for a $39.00 pallet of Amazon Returns. When I received the shipping confirmation, it said return address was CHINA!?
Also, something else I have a question about you said you purchased the pallet for $850 and you made approximately $1500 off of it. So your total profit of this after sales given that you actually sold all of that merchandise would a bit approximately $650 not including your overhead cost. Can you provide a outline of your total overhead cost to operate your business? It just seems to me that $650 isn’t an awful lot for one or two pallets because by the time you deduct all of your overhead there’s not much money left, but I could be wrong which is why I’m asking these questions.
Well to answer both comments at once, cutting out the middle man would make more profit sure IF you are ready for a much larger investment. Going straight to amazon isnt really feasible, what you need to find is a local person who does. So still a middle man, but at a much better price as to get the best deals you need to spend more money, as in buying a full truck load at a time (24 pallets). Second question : I purchase two pallets for the 850, and the profit was most likely about $650. If you want to run it as a business you want to scale up and do a lot more at a time, leaving you a roughly 40% profit margin. I do it on the side to make some extra cash here and there but mostly for fun. I just enjoy the hunt, and randomness of it all, making profit is just a bonus. If you want to make the best profit and run it as a business, i suggest finding pallets that are mostly furniture type things that you put together, like dressers, desks, vanity's etc. Those pallets seem to be in the 60-70% profit range, but require a bit more work and you do end up with the random broken piece you can either fix or replace. But those also require a lot more space to store once built.
I think you're being to genourous about what these items will sell for. Marketplace sucks, to many people selling and if you sell with any app or website remeber everyone takes a percentage! To anyone looking into doing this expect to make anywhere from 7-17% on youre investment.
Im being realistic with what I actually sell stuff for. I've been doing pallets for quite awhile and if i were only making 17% i wouldn't keep doing it. Its a bit too much work for that little of profit overall.
