nah they should trade KAT, ant already makes up the offensive production needed and they could get a haul for a secondary star at the 4 for kat. surrounding ant with a stellar defense (elite rim protection along with elite perimeter defense with mcdaniels means no playoff fall off) is their key to contention
terrible take that’s very surface level thinking. rudy gobert still has value on the court but none on the trade market due to his absurd contract and their investment into him. kat holds value as a talent that can get you a decent haul in return that can bolster that gobert/ant tandem and potentially get them over that hump of being mid. it could potentially push them into the realm of what the jazz were with spida/gobert which would be a win for minnesota initially.
