An actual Gold in 1s is usually a plat or Diamond in other playlists, in my experience.

I'd say there is more then 8 ranks. i mean the difference between bronze 1 and bronze 3 is huge. same goes for champ 1 and champ 3. so even though there is 8 main ranks each rank has 2 ranks.

As a plat who made it to plat 3 before, I can see a big difference between plat 2 and 3
9:04 I mean yes and no, sometimes you learn through trial by fire, I know for me I got out of plat by just continually trying for balls even if I wasn't sure I could hit them. And my brain slowly learned off every miss and every successes. In a ranked match, eh you might annoy some people, but if youre first man you should be fine if they positioned properly for you to miss. You might drop ranks while learning, but eventually you get it and get to where you should be
funny. i think i was the opposite. i stopped going for everything and focused on ROTATING BACK POST, and hitting powerful bangers
like the training packs, and the weird angles, and the powerslide cut into instant shot, and bounce dribbles and all that.
the space, opportunity and chaos you cause with just good boomers from your own half is insane. even in diamond i could climb with just hitting power shots and power clears, even tho people can aerial and save consistently
when a silver tries to style on me: pulls out my normal skill level instead of trying to play better
Is that based off 1s or 2s rank because me personally I'm C1 in 2s but im D1 in 1s
1's is generaly much lower so i would assume this is 2's rank as those players did not look like 1 mains or play like the rank above
