Never understood why Marcus Ruhl's triceps were so flat and thin. The guy smoked his competition in all other parts.
Agreed, its Markus standout weakness, he was genetically blessed everywhere except triceps. They looked surprisingly flat to the bone, very little sweep, or curvature between elbow and post deltoid, all 3 heads look a bit odd. Because he had very good biceps and peak, that made his arm look more unbalanced in double biceps pose, his triceps look short and flat like they don’t even reach his elbows.
Because he wasn't born with good genetics and shape for triceps u should know that already

@desertraider8628 , great comment and I would normally agree but 1 major problem. They both shared Olympia stage 1992-1997. Yates= 6 1st place finishes. Coleman = 16th, 15th, 11th, 9th, 6th...... Hell, from what I remember, Coleman is 0-4 vs Lee Priest
Dorian shoulda lost 2 of those to Al Sonbaty and Kevin but 4 in a row yes

Have been training my back for months for first time. In the beginning of bodybuilding for some stupid reason i thought back is not so important for how i looked. Until i recorded myself on camera and saw myself from the back lol. That V taper is essential voor a great physique. Now i'm learning to pay attention to the lats especially the lower part of it. You want your V-tape shape to begin as early as possible.
I started doing one handed cable rows for those.

If you wanto get a big back, get good at doing rows and pull downs. And ppl who are new. Or have hard time connecting. Do chest supported rows/ exercises and pull from elbows like your arm is a crain. It makes a big diff. When u learn to connect with it. Or do chest supported stuff which makes it easier

I saw all the top guys back in the 90’s when they were in their top shape. The guy that freaked me out the most was Kevin Levrone. He’s shoulders were unbelievably wide and his back was giant. He didn’t look human. I saw Dorian as well but he was in street clothes so you couldn’t tell how big he was.
