Hello Gwen, I am from Türkiye and I get nervous when I am talking. The words I normally know slip out of my mind. When I speak, my breath gets short and my tongue gets dry. The score I need to get is s+w 290. I'm waiting for your advice.
I can totally relate to you. Even after taking so many tests, I still get nervous. Especially when I start hearing the Part 1 narration, I can feel my heart pounding!!!!! I guess the only way to get used to it is by taking mock tests as many times as possible. To my Korean students, I tell them to take some kind of medicine that can relieve their stress and anxiety. Not necessarily prescribed medicine, but simple pills or drinks that can help calm them down a bit. I wonder if you have something like that in Turkiye. Here is a link that introduces some natural remedies to relieve this kind of anxiety. I hope you find it helpful :) www.goodrx.com/conditions/generalized-anxiety-disorder/otc-remedies-anxiety
@@GwenTv I believe I may not be able to access the link from Turkiye, but I will try drinking Lemon balm tea and taking mock tests as frequently as possible. Thank you for your advice.
@@GwenTv Hey! Gwen I got 300 points from speaking writing section and 865 points out of Listening and Reading section. I watched some of your videos and that helped me a lot, thank you for your effort on the videos.
