There are points in many transformers media where your like, "Ah right THATS why the Decepticons became a thing."
Yup. Sometimes the worst monsters are the ones we make ourselves!
You stay away from Jetfire. He's been through enough. 🥺
Don't worry! They'll just slap it in, and never mention it again, making sure it has no relevance to the plot anyway!
@@randdurand Lol, thank primus.
This core override thing reminded me of the ID chips from the IDW comics! Great job btw!
Hey, thanks for watching! Good to see you back, Clouds!
Absolutely loved this dub. Your characterization for Prowl and Jetfire's voices was absolutely spot on. And the ending bit with Optimus never fails to make me laugh. Thanks for doing this!!
Thanks so much for watching, Devon! I'm glad you enjoyed, and hope to have more for you soon!
For Primus's sake, Optimus.
Still less violent than Bayverse Prime! 😆
@@randdurand TRUTH. Bayverse Prime legit scares me more than Unicron
"One shall stand... One shall have his head ripped in half by my Battleaxe."
*Give me your face*
~Bayverse Prime asked nicely~
@@darkprime7000 Well, the poor guy doesn't have a mouth after all! Can you really blame him for wanting yours? ☺️
Edit:
Oh wait. Bayverse Prime has one. Oh, well. Could always use a spare.
Cog and bee look so concerned 😂
"Prowl, are... are we the baddies?"
@@randdurand Yeah, and if we fighting an army marching under the banner of a Rat's anus, I would be a lot less worried, Hans!
@@pouse4 "I understood that reference."
Cybertronian Praxus law enforcement used to implant bombs on others' processors & they'll explode for incooperation? & it's illegal? Since when?
In Netflix's War for Cybertron series, I guess? It's been a while since I've seen it, so I'd have to rewatch it.
@@randdurand Do you love Dr.Pepper?
@@NoahBridgesSonicLord As an American, I pledge allegiance to Dr. Pepper! Lol.
Most people around here aren't big fans of it, though. A lot of Japanese people say that Dr. Pepper and root beer taste like medicine to them.
Dewd, your art style is like a mix of Transformers animated and G1. Love it!
Well, actually this is Eatherstar's comic! I just dubbed over it. They've actually worked as a storyboard artist on Earthspark, so definitely check them out!
@@randdurand Wow that's so cool! I'll definitely have to take a gander
Tell that to Waller of all people
Such a nice person! Giving all those criminals a chance to be useful to society!
….now imagine if they did that irl…
Irl? Sure! Pretty sure that's on some government agenda somewhere. It'll pass with bipartisan support!
I'm going to be honest from the thumbnail I thought these were the same character but the decepticons did surgery on this captive Autobots and made them a Decepticon by force
I mean, to be fair, that's kind of what the Predacons did in Beast Wars with the Maximal protoforms, and what the Decepticons tried to do with the Allspark in Siege, so it just seems like the Decepticons take any injustice given to them and crank that up to 11. lol.
@@randdurand I'm not really informed with the whole beast Transformers but my mind went to the Dinobots in the Cybertron games which is really fucking sad I could probably ramble about how fucked it is but I don't want to keep you here
@@geezy8689 No, it sounds interesting! And don't worry about "keeping me here". I'm not going anywhere! Lol.
@@randdurand it's been a while since I've played the game so I could be wrong but from my understanding was that the Dinobots originally weren't even Autobots they were just civilians caught in the war the decepticons shockwave wants to make a big weapon to turn the tide of battle a new evolution for cybertronians forced into surgery strip apart to the bone then reconstructed over and over and over again until they started working they felt all of this pain without even being able to fight back like agony hitting you like a train all at once all that pain and suffering fuel a violent desire to lash out causing them to finally transform and even well the insecticons were trying to keep you at bay shockwave is motivating you and is proud of his advancements urging you to let that rage out proud of his own sick twisted experiment only to later on find you won't only the poor soul to be experimented on so rather than joining the Autobots or decepticons they thought it would be better to just stick to themselves becoming neutral not knowing who to trust but themselves and I just think that's a really fucking sad again not even Autobots like warriors they were just innocent civilians caught in the Middle
@@geezy8689 I agree. That's awful, but also appropriate. Kind of reminds me of when Shockwave and the dinobots fought in the G1 comics.
As for the innocent civilians becoming warriors because they were caught in conflict, that's what's so fascinating about the Autobots, because it's so true to life. Most people don't WANT to fight in war, but do so only because they have to, in order to combat an aggressor. And history shows that those who inflict the most pain on others should be prepared for it to be paid back in full one day. Definitely a cautionary tale for those who would style themselves "conquerors".
I thought Jetfire is an Autobot, why he is captive ?
He was originally a Decepticon before defecting to the Autobots. In this series, the Autobots don't trust him yet.
In IDW they used those brain-explody chips to show the Autobots sliding into cruelty and perpetuating the oppression that caused the war in the first place.
Then WFC heard about it and went "oh those sound cool"
Yeah, Prowl's arc in Robots in Disguise showing him steadily sliding into being a dystopian enforcer was really interesting as well. Probably the deepest take on the character they've ever done.
This is completely unrealistic..... Prowl doesn't laugh.
Neither does Batman, but hey, we got an entire comic arc dedicated to him laughing! :D
