Cathy I suffer from anxiety and I take Lexapro for it and it really does help immensely. I don't know if you take anything but you should because it will give you back your life. Anxiety is awful and can be very debilitating. I hope things get better for you sweetheart ❤
Thank you, Dee! I'm on a med, but I think the anxiety from this is overriding it. Unfortunately, SSRIs make me feel worse (even after riding out the side effects). They won't increase the med I'm on from 2mg to 3mg (because it can become addictive). Thank you so much for your message! You are so right about anxiety. It can just shut you right down. I'm so sorry you deal with it, too!
