Would you please elaborate that after tossing first coin we have either head or tail, then we toss 2nd coin, we should end up with the same outcomes as those in first coin toss? Why it is not so
i have a question i m agreed that there will be 4 outcomes when the 2 coin tossed but that should be tossed at the same time which is not written in ur question and another 1 those 2 coin must be tossed 4 time for getting 4 outcomes so how can u imagine these things without mentioning in ur question generally we get a head and tail when both coin tossed but if u want to get 4 outcomes u have toss that coin same time and 4 times so...... why it isn't mentioned in ur questions?
Let's say We have a bet I have chance to flip coin #3 times to bet head or tail ( even if it has only 2 sides) How many percent of winning chance I have to bet head or tail?
I have a question. please solve this .consider a biased coin, with 60% probability of getting head. find the probability of getting six heads if it is tossed exactly 10 times?
can you solve dis question..throwing 2 unbiased coins, ram bets with jadu that he will received $4 from jadu if he get 2 head and he will give $4 otherwise. find the expectations of ram..plz solve this.
Hi, I am very confused. What is different? A coin is tossed 3 times and 3 coins are tossed. Your word problems sound like a coin is tossed 3 times. Are they the same questions or differents?
if a coin tossed 3 time then there won't come 8 outcomes may be 3 or 4 outcomes but if 3 coins r tossed at the same time there will be chances of coming 8 outcomes so differences in time and outcomes between 1 coin tossed 3 times and 3 coin tossed
The outcomes or the better word for it to have is the sample space what we will create in both cases accordingly in a coin tossed 3 times and 3 coins being tossed the sample space created will be same. Therefore the outcomes will be same.Yes they do are the same questions having same number of outcomes. Yes I know its been 3 years since you have asked this question but I am studying it right now so my doubt was also this so I cleared it and now explaining it to you.. ~Abhay Sharma
Both are same. Flipping 1 coin 3 three times or Flipping 3 coins 1 time both are same. Try practically Take one coin flip it three times Take three coins flip each coin only 1 time both are same
Thank you so much 😊😊

+Le Nguyen Good question

hossain if we toss a coin 3 times, then also we have 8 probabilities

Take one coin flip it three times
Take three coins flip each coin only 1 time both are same

It's so manual. Where are the generalised rules and formulae?
