Sir what you are doing is beyond motivation. It's about getting life lessons from those who've seen death so closely that they value the little things that we all overlook. And I am not even talking about the service part that you guys have been through.
Maj Nirmith Thakur - with all respect and love may I suggest to have audio of these uploaded as podcasts on Google-Podcasts... There are many great podcasts or audio interviews online (like Robin Sharma, Joe Rogan, Russel Brand etc.)... it will do justice to many of us who don't have one hour at stretch in a week to sit on laptop and see the video but do afford time to listen to audio while going in bus or walking... I hope the suggestion is taken into consideration... (meanwhile i am playing the video sporadically - unable to listen to whole clip in one go)
