I'd say that for chiffon blouses Taobao is fine, but they don't seem to do many cotton ones. I have a full shirring blouse from Baby the Stars Shine Bright as well, and they're both comfortable - and I've seen those ones or similar pop up second hand for sale a fair bit, so if you stay tuned and patient, I'm sure you'll find it. I could also link you something if I come across it during my daily searches :3 x
