Our riding helmets are exclusively made using carefully selected materials, guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
Laser-perforated steel, with honeycomb structures that are very light yet extremely resistant, aluminium, carbon, DDQ stainless steel, Kevlar, polycarbonate and technological, hypoallergenic and antistatic fabrics: excellent materials for superior helmets.
PERFECT FIT
Our helmets are designed to ensure a perfect fit and the best protection, thanks to the shape of the inner cap and the range of inside padding designed for different head shapes.
A perfect fit depends on the inside padding, which ensures the correct size. Removable and washable, this padding is available in a summer version, which is lighter and more breathable, and in a winter version complete with built-in earmuffs.
For younger riders, the inner cap can be replaced as they grow, without having to buy a brand new helmet.
KEP Italia produces helmets with the outer shell available in two different sizes, M or L. The medium outer shell can be fitted with eight different sizes, from 51 to 58, whilst the large shell holds sizes 59 to 62.
But the right size of helmet is not enough; it must also suit the shape of the rider’s head.
Indeed, it is possible to insert small separators into the helmet to adapt it to fit the head of the rider (that can be oval, round or egg-shaped) perfectly and can be inserted at the front, back or on the sides of the inside of the helmet. For this reason, KEP Italia has created ten linings for oval heads (typical in Europe) and twelve linings for narrow heads (typical of North America and Canada).
