Re: Bearger timer From what I recall of my investigations, there's a 'grace period' of something like 26 days (starting from when it's killed) during which Bearger's timer does nothing. This counts down across all seasons. After that, the game waits for autumn (unless it's autumn already) and sets a timer to be 25% of however much autumn-time is left, ± like 5% or something. The numbers were such that there's a certain point in summer where, as long you kill it before that point, the closer you are to that point the less randomness there is in its spawn time (near the very end of autumn). And if you kill it later than that, the grace period goes all the way through autumn, and the timer only gets set the _next_ autumn, using 25±5% of the entire season length. This finding was from like a year ago though.
Standing under a tree haven't failed me so far. Tried birchnut, evergreen and even Hamlet trees with the Trop Exp mod. All of them blocked the damage from lunar hail. (Even cherry trees from the cherry forest mod)
Hey jazzy I recommend for brightshade extermination be atop a beefalo with enlightened crown and brightshade staff and a handful of sanity food like 3 Bannana shakes it only uses about half a staff on 3 brightshades
@@JazzysGamesafter finally watching this (I got sidetracked) I must suggest that you use merms/pigs to mine pure brilliance. No real need for good pickaxe. Just bait the sleepy rock boys away and let others do the work.
@@sanga1380 I believe I started using merms the following year, and once the down feathers started accumulating I got super lazy and started spamming weather pains!
I must be the only player who absolutely loves sailing and ocean content in this game. I think it's so fun and chill... but I accept I'm in the minority!
@@JazzysGames I wish Klei would make things less of a hassle while alone. Sailing is meant for two or more people controlling a veichle, one steering, the other dealing with masts anchors and whatever other stuff you have on your boat.
For the lunar hail. I confirm the giant tree with figs do block the hails.
Glad I made a camp next to water so I can stay peaceful when it happen.
Thanks! I was interested in the claim that “any tree” could block the hail, like an evergreen or birch tree.

I prefer the reaper over the brightshade sword purely because the reaper and void cowl looks cooler
Loving this series!
When examining the rift: "What inside? Wanna see!" She's so cute
Great video!

Jazzy, you could blow up the dock tile directly below the monkey portal so the monkeys drown immediately; loot still comes through!
Are you still able to feed moongleams with the tile missing?
No unfortunately
That’s what I was afraid of.
FINALLY!!!!!
I’ve missed this series.

Still love it though.

You can also just send a bunch of Merms at them.
Take down the shield and kill.
I like the merm method, used it a lot on megabase world. As long as you can kill the plant during first stun phase.

Hey Jazzy, whats your opinion on Batbat as healing method?
I think it's great, especially for Wormwood!
I absolutely love the video's thumb-nail image preview transition.

I love the ocean content too! Just find the sailing mechanics a bit wanting, is all.
