I had the opportunity to try out Taufiq biryani several years back (around 2012) when a friend from old delhi took me there. Even today I can confidently say its one of the best biryanis I've ever had. Thank you for sharing the video. The addition of achar really brings out the flavor.
The best biryani will always be the Hyderabadi Biryani for me.
Its light but heavily flavourful.
One spoon in mouth and you instantly know you will finish it in no time.
Chicken was also very tasty and it was a huge piece 8-9 inch long and 3 inch wide hidden inside the fluffy biryani rice.

Very delicious Biryani of buffalo 🐃 and chicken 🐓 Mr.Tufiq Bhai,amazing test with achar and different kind of spices from 1998.
I like it because my grand father belongs to jama masjid chitariri qaber.

Pakistan has adopted the Lucknow/ Posh Delhi urdu accent which was prominent among the elite and most urdu speakers who migrated to Pakistan were elite muslims. They don't know anything beyond it. Notice the accent spoken by shop owner, its different. When a language travel it changes. There are tons and tons of urdu accent which changes from Delhi to Hyderabad and Lucknow to Bihar.
