Man not only does Monteverde have the most talented players they’ve all committed to winning in order to come there. It’s just very obvious there is so no room for egos, not playing defense, not making the extra pass. Just winning basketball. Beautiful to watch and kudos to coach for keeping the consistency for so long
I think the problem is the fact he is the only true size on his team going against all 6'5+ lengthy players. With length on his team it would look less weak imo
No reason for faith family to hang their heads. Montverde isn’t playing the most dominant team of the third largest classification in many states. The 4a champs will be fine
Without knowing all his stats this year and only casually looking at him play, Flagg doesn't seem extremely dominant to me. He doesn't look bad, but I'm just not overly impressed as the #1 kid in the nation. Most likely because of the team he's playing with I guess?
Though?... he looks effortless in assisting his teammates... spreading the ball and involved... blocks and changes opponent shots on defense... all superlative players make their teammates better... personal stats aside?... just win baby?
Isaac Williams staring people down while his team is losing by 35 points. Man. Meanwhile, Monteverde taking care of business like it’s a job and not saying anything.
He doesn’t need to have the ball in his hands to impact the game he is a versatile player he a two way player and plays both side of the ball he can impact the game in other ways like defense and rebounding.
MV #1 has to leave all that one-handed stuff on the playground. Nice player, but he is handicapping himself. Can't believe no coach broke him of that bad habit. Good thing they're not showing us a turnover reel, but he owns it.
Being able to make them cross court passes one handed off the dribble is something all the top playmakers at the next level possess. Also the one handed scoop off the dribble throws the fr the rim protector’s timing
@@janky501 I agree that’s why but I dont disagree with his coaching allowing him to attempt to make those reads. Where in my comment did I mention anything about his game. I spoke on why coaches haven’t coached him out of attempting to make those plays, because he’s capable & those reads are what scouts look for. You just saying anything fr
@@esahc31 you saw the game in person? These videos don't show the turnovers. I saw three, and this is a highlight video. He gets away with that crap now, next level(s) not so much. I'm not saying he sucks, only that it is a bad habit.

#1 on faith family is gonna dominate 4a competition but tonight is the type of length he’s going to see 90% of the time at the college level.
Facts!

gotta watch him in aau to truly see his dominance or against a better opponent tbh. cause so far this season every has looked easy for montverede

Since you like to tow i think the R1T stays
The play is as sloppy as the video.....🤣🤣
Bro… you don’t have to follow every little movement with the camera, just way to much movement.
It's amazing that Montverde has the best player in the country and he barely touches the ball. He's not really needed.
He impacts the game on the both ends though not just offense

why anyone want to go to Duke other than a top notch education is beyond me. not the best place to get prepared for the NBA.
