Lately I've been drawn to Krishna and Shiva. Trying to learn all I can. It's disheartening on TH-cam its hard to tell what's truth and what isn't. Do Hindus believe Shiva and Krishna are real personal God?

So helpful to learn about Bhakti Yog, Mostly heard about Gyan Yog while growing up. The environment we grow up in has a huge influence on the beliefs we form and in this day and age the chances of them being wrong beliefs are very high. It is very difficult to comprehend the divinity - our mind and its beliefs are so materialistic. It is painful being in this state of not knowing and incapacity to feel. The question also arises about what comes first - purified mind, knowledge, or the divine love? While living in the world and being governed by maya - is purified mind even achievable..? In my opinion it's a complicated process which occurs simultaneously and it takes a lots of time to purify our mind but definitely we can achieve a purified mind by doing vakti constantly in the Lotus feet of Lord & by grace of him.
This is so logically true too. Same "President" who is so much difficult to get scheduled a small meeting with, be how much Educated (Gyan Yog) or Powerful (siddha as in Ashtang Yog) one is in his country, spends hours daily with his Loved Ones (devotees or bhakt).... The same most powerful man of a country (President), with layers of security around him, easily becomes a horse for his kid to hop on and play around.... That's the power of "Love" ..."Prem" ... God has primarily 3 different manifestations - Brahm, Paramatma and Bhagawan. These are 3 different manifestations of God. 'Brahm' is the formless aspect of God (Impersonal God). In this personality, God does not do anything. The infinite power of the all-powerful God does not get manifested in 'Brahm'. Spiritual aspirants in Gyan Yog path worship this formless aspect of God. In His 'Paramatma' form (form of Vishnu), God resides in the antahkaran or spiritual heart (mind) of every soul to note down their karmas and give results accordingly. In the 'Paramatma' form, He has a form, He has infinite qualities, but He does not do any leela nor does He has any 'Parikar' (souls who serve God in His divine abode). Spiritual aspirants in the Yog marg worship this 'Paramatma' form of God. Bhagavan is the the loving form of God (Ram, Krishna), where He has a form, He has infinite qualities and His Bliss is infinite, ever-fresh and ever-increasing. He performs uncountable leelas (pastimes) and He has uncountable souls as His 'parikar' in His divine abode. Devotees in bhakti yog worship this aspect of God. In christianity we believe that jesus christ is alive and present and through prayers we can ask him to change us. Can you please tell me. Does krishna has the same quality. Is he present? Can you ask him something? Like for example in christianity we believe that even when we don’t have the heart or energy to do anything good or useful we can ask him to change us. Can we ask the same to krishna? Is he present all the time? Or it is just the messages that he left?
Shri Krishna is sitting in our heart to note down each of our karmas. This form of God is known as 'Paramatma' who notes down each of our thoughts and each of our actions and gives results accordingly. This is how the law of karma works because karma (or thoughts) are insentient; they cannot become result on their own. So, yes, Shri Krishna is with us at all time. We can humbly ask him to give us the strength to do His selfless devotion.

what is the differenence between abhagwaan and the uppersupreme premeshwar
God has primarily 3 different manifestations - Brahm, Paramatma and Bhagawan. These are 3 different manifestations of God. 'Brahm' is the formless aspect of God (Impersonal God). In this personality, God does not do anything. The infinite power of the all-powerful God does not get manifested in 'Brahm'. Spiritual aspirants in Gyan Yog path worship this formless aspect of God. In His 'Paramatma' form (form of Vishnu), God resides in the antahkaran or spiritual heart (mind) of every soul to note down their karmas and give results accordingly. In the 'Paramatma' form, He has a form, He has infinite qualities, but He does not do any leela nor does He has any 'Parikar' (souls who serve God in His divine abode). Spiritual aspirants in the Yog marg worship this 'Paramatma' form of God. Bhagavan is the the loving form of God (Ram, Krishna), where He has a form, He has infinite qualities and His Bliss is infinite, ever-fresh and ever-increasing. He performs uncountable leelas (pastimes) and He has uncountable souls as His 'parikar' in His divine abode. Devotees in bhakti yog worship this aspect of God. This is the primary difference between the 3 different forms of God.

In christianity we believe that jesus christ is alive and present and through prayers we can ask him to change us. Can you please tell me. Does krishna has the same quality. Is he present? Can you ask him something? Like for example in christianity we believe that even when we don’t have the heart or energy to do anything good or useful we can ask him to change us. Can we ask the same to krishna? Is he present all the time? Or it is just the messages that he left?
Shri Krishna is sitting in our heart to note down each of our karmas. This form of God is known as 'Paramatma' who notes down each of our thoughts and each of our actions and gives results accordingly. This is how the law of karma works because karma (or thoughts) are insentient; they cannot become result on their own. So, yes, Shri Krishna is with us at all time. We can humbly ask him to give us the strength to do His selfless devotion.
