As a 36 year old person, I just wanna say that it's in plays like this you can see what age does to a guy. In your 20s you would have no problem just putting on the breaks after that stop and staying on the field. At 30 or 35+ you become super conscious of your joints and try to do anything to put less weight/pressure on them to avoid getting injured, which is why Bron slowly reduced speed instead of an abrupt stop. You can't afford to play like you do when you were younger instantly changing direction at speed anymore or jumping as high. I say this because so many younger people think it's muscles that breakdown when that's not the case. The joints are a problem and to still adapt and perform at high level like Lebron has at his age is a result of pure work and dedication into doing whatever he can to stay available.

It's not a matter of age, it's a matter of mass. Big guys have a harder time stopping because their momentum is bigger than when you're short. Your center of gravity is higher and thus it's harder to be agile and have great reflexes.

Just leave the arguing up to the naive...and believe what you want, they are both GOATs.....and personally, I don't place Curry in top 5 point guards of all time, first of all, besides Magic and other true point guards, I'd even pick John Stockton over Curry as a "point guard"...Curry is a great shooter no doubt, and a good defensive player but keep in mind the game has changed steadily over the years...the Warrior's offense has changed the way the NBA plays (all 3's, minimal defense)....the game will change again and again, and I hope it does, I hate watching teams run 1/2 the length of the court from 3 zone to 3 zone...wouldnt it be interesting to see an NBA game played without a 3 point shot in effect??? And no dunking allowed??? The NBA does honor some of the old school ways...I'd love to see that...and also simply make players choose a single pivot foot and stop them from illegal dribbling...(ball is not a yo-yo)...

LBJ is fast as hell..sometimes you can't just hit the breaks hard he rode with speed to the very end and nobody got hurt what an extraordinary warrior he is..I see why Kobe liked him..he's difiently taking the game in the right direction.. Kobe would be proud

I hope the Lakers win this. This doesn't even come down to being a fan of a team or individual but this comes down to playing hard. The warriors have nights where they're lights out and can outshoot anyone but when the Lakers play hard it just looks better. Their defense and hustle really makes me want to watch this series. I like shooting and even rooted for the warriors in the past but there's no way you're looking at this series and thinking "the warriors are playing harder than the Lakers." The warriors don't look like they want it and this is the first time in the last 5-6 years I thought "Steph Needs Help."

I did something like this before but over the table. I’m not much of a jumper but during the sudden unexpected moment this burst of power can be amazing. I was 270 lb at at 5’10, which seem impossible but I did it. It was during my volleyball tournament match and the wild ball got out and I chased it. I actually got to the ball after the jumping the table. But it returned to short. Amazing concentration

Hell of a rivalry these 2 have had. Played in 4 finals, a semifinal, and a play-in game. That’s 6 times they’ve faced each other in postseason competition. And it’s 3-3 thus far. But Curry has that extra bragging right because all 3 of his wins were in the finals. Only 1 of Lebron’s was.
