The thing I like to do when I capture an allied mcv: make battle fortresses using my original fortresses. Like 5 tesla troopers, flamethrower tanks, mobile Yuri sniper nests

It's from Red Alert 3 credits scene. At the end of the campaign, regardless of what faction you played, the shouting will occur with an RA3 title card showing up.
