    I think the reason God gave you the audience is because you are a beautiful and kind soul, kindness just pours out of you effortlessly, you are level headed and have a huge heart for God!! You choose Him over the world and you are brave enough to stand for Him. You are inspiring. It is evident that God is leading, guiding, and using you as a light to others ❤❤❤

    Hi. Thank you so much; for an authentic show❤ Also thank you for explaining Discipleship, in such a way; that makes so much sense and makes it possible for anybody to do. When I learned how the Disciples in the Bible did it and looking at Missionaries; I always thought; how it can be practical in my own life; always wondering, if I am actually ever going to be, what Jesus wanted us to do as His children; going out and making Disciples of people😊 Blessings to you both❤

    Have felt this so strongly I wanted to do something local. We've lost touch withing our own community. Everything is global now. We can change it

    Good discussion. The singleness is wonderful. Jesus was single and traveling around to share the message about God.

    Isn’t that wonderful. When someone’s words push you to stretch yourself. This happened to me. The process when you get out of your comfort zone isn’t easy but once you get used to it, you find a new rhythm. ❤

      There are many versions of the Bible and many interpretations of the Bible!
      Why? Because man what's their own leaders and doctrine, because Why?
      Jesus Christ established his organization with 12 Apostles and prophets.
      his church is called by his name!
      The Church of Jesus Christ has living Prophets and Apostles!

    I am sure there are many books about living and being authentic right where you are, but one I have read is The Gospel Comes with a House Key. It’s such a good book that discusses sharing your faith/sharing who you are right in your home/neighborhood…in the space you’ve been given. I was reminded of this while listening to this episode.

    Absolutely love your videos. Next time you are in the Napa Valley, I would love to meet up and pray and talk about starting a Bible study here… I have yet to find one that speaks to me, and I can’t be the only one! I’m a busy working mom and there aren’t many fellowships and resources that fit in with mom life here in the Valley.

    As a single 57 yr old , no children, I feel that the church doesn't know what to do with us... it's all couple oriented, and not just the church but life in general, I never want to settle but sometimes I feel out of place. Maybe you could have someone on that can relate better than a married person. Love these podcasts ❤❤

    Who wouldn't say hi to you? I definitely would. I grew up just north of Indianapolis too. The northwest culture is the same. I moved to SC I. 2020 and people would say hi and wave and I was like where am I. Never would someone say hi in a store in PA.

    I love this show! But it is weird to see you wearing the same clothes and then starting off the show “last week we talked about…..” then “and this week we are talking about….” Except nothing has moved and same clothes, hair etc LOL 😂. Saying with love but it makes it a little silly…..

    So? I know there is a scripture stating be not drunk with wine but be filled with the Holy Spirit. You both mentioned you drink wine when with friends. It is a bit confusing for newbies.

    • @heathermacfadyen
      @heathermacfadyen ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jesus' first miracle he turned water into wine. At every Shabbat and Feast meal, Jews drink wine throughout the meal, so Jesus would have drunk wine. The key isn't whether you drink wine but drunkenness. I also am careful to not to drink alcohol with friends who struggle with sobriety. Hope that clarifies your confusion. Thanks for asking.
