I know the adjective " Haunting " has been used all too many times to describe this iconic song, but this incredible cover is both Heavenly & Haunting. If this doesn't move you , I don't know what will or can. Her incredible voice combined with the arrangement is beautifully touching.

I heard this while watching an Ice Skater's practice routine on Facebook and just "HAD" to search out who sang like that! Annaca I want to give you the highest compliment an artist can get!! You are so special and trying to find words to describe is too difficult. It's just incredibly beautiful!!!WOW you sing emotions!!! When you sing this song you have the rare ability to transfer emotions from you so who ever listens they also can feel them! That is something you can't teach, this is not a technical thing, it comes from something deep inside you that somehow comes out of you when you sing!

Honestly, its hard not to gravitate towards this being a better version, given its such a different take on the song! I love both songs, and the original is nostalgic for me on so many levels, but this one comes with the chills, especially when the chorus hits... every time! ❤

IMO the best wicked game cover. It feels so personal to me. This song wouldn't be so emotional or powerful if it weren't for your powerful voice complimenting the timeless lyrics and the incredible music. Kudos to you.

I first heard this as the main cover for Forza Horizon 3. The build up and crescendo were timed by the video editors with a monstrous, graceful, launch of a truck on the sand dunes and I had no idea why I was crying. I listened to this version about 6 months later on my phone and found myself crying all over again and realized the vocal work by Annaca on this piece is one of the single most profound musical experiences in my life. Not listening to lyrics, not looking at visuals, just simply taking in the pure instrumental and tone of voice. It's not the style of music I generally have on playlist but 5 years after hearing it, I feel like I'll carry it with me the rest of my life.

I heard that voice when Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres skated to Wicked Game. I had to find out who was singing that song. What a voice !

I was around when the original was released and I have to say, and this doesn't happen often, this cover beats the original as it is closer to the emotional power I thought the song should have had. Don't get me wrong I loved the original as it sung to me at the time with what I was going through personally. In nearly 50 years of life I am still not able to decide who would make a cover of this and hit the correct level of emotional pain to me.
