Great visual video but so many questions. He marks the side wall and then begins to screw holes for the slides using the jig. How does he know where to drill the holes (i.e. what height).

I have just purchased the same runners as on the video....and they are not push to open!!
Can you enlighten me on what exactly is used as it is clearly not Dynapro.
Frustrated does not cover it!!!!!!!
