There is a lebanese restaurant in Perth, Australia called little Lebanon and their charcoal chicken is simply amazing, i am wondering if this recipe is the same as that restaurant.
I just love texture of your chicken and you made it so easily. I have two queries. 1) Should I keep the heater on both sides of the oven? 2) What would be oven temperature should I maintain during cooking time?
Thanks for your appreciation, depends on your oven I done mine with both sides & temperature was 350f and it took 20-25 mins & when Chicken is about to done put the grill on for few mins for nice colour .thanks
I tried ‘Lebanese chicken’ at a local cafe I visited for the first time today. The owner is actually Lebanese. The piece’s of chicken were fairly small. The texture was odd. It felt like the chicken had been chopped up with a cleaver and there were pieces of cartilage in there. Is that normal? I was too embarrassed to ask! 😳

Can we use coriander leaves instead of parsley leaves ?
Can be used but the taste will be slightly different . Thanks
did you save marinade to use after the chicken is done? In the video, I did not see any instructions about the marinade...
No dear you don’t need to save actually I have some left so I put on top of it
Hey, do I use the grill or oven?
I Used oven but when chicken was about to done you can grill it just for nice colour it’s totally up to you what you like . Thanks
Nice recipe. What is the alternative of Greek yogurt. Can we use simple yogurt.
yes dear u can use simple plain yogurt.
Wont it be dry?
