Hey Adam, Thank you for helping me get out today up at Wisconsin Harley Davidson. I have been in the military for a total of 13 years now, and crowded places like that today blew my anxiety threw the roof I almost left without donating because of it, however I know I needed to stay in that line to donate the little amount that I had, for the other vets out there who have much larger issues then large crowds. Sorry I didn't get to chat much with ya, but by the time I reached you and got my donation in the box and shook your hand my mind and body had enough and I needed to get out of there. I love schnauzers. I had two of them. My first was all black Raven my second was black & silver Lucy. My brother had Raven’s sister we adopted them at the same time. They make great family members. I used to take them camping with me. I used to get them groomed at Mister B’s Pet Salon. I hope you find a dog you fall in love with on convoy. The excitement in both Ashley and Brady’s eyes with seeing the dogs says it is time for a family fur baby.

I’ve been group riding for 40 years, and these guys and gals were rollin tite from CLE. to Detroit. I had a blast and met some very fine people including Adam, such a motivator he truly is. I wish I could do some more days, but my band schedule prevents it.

The Salvation Army surveyed donators and found that low income minimum wage people donate more then upper middle class and up folks do. By and large motorcycle riders and Veterans aren't millionaires or even considered wealthy. It's the love of country and Freedom that brings us together. My Grandpa, a WW1 Navy Veteran got his discharge papers shortly after his 16th birthday after the Armistice was signed. Being the first generation from Ireland it was important for him to fight for his country. We have no idea how much those older Veterans endured, but in today's economy you can imagine what this generation of Veterans struggles with each month. Please, help out where you can. The Midwest is the heart of America. I knew the heart land would step up big for our vets. What a wonderful cause and very encouraging to see the kindness of the riding community open their hearts to our veterans whom we all owe so much! I know Adam and his team are working so hard with so much effort to make a big difference and bring so many people together for our brave and courageous vets who gave so much for us all.
