Allen and Derek are back for another installment of "whats this piece of amazing fitness goodness?"
The Jones machines is a Smith Machine that moves vertically and horizontally, allowing for a more natural, user-defined motion. Because the body’s natural movements can be utilized, all free-weight exercises can be performed.
