I'm so very grateful to you, Rabbi Daniel Glatstein. You changed my life. Forever. You also continue to inflame my love for Hashem and His magnificent Torah. (I am Frum from birth and have always been very spiritual. You continue to feed my fire. ) Thank You Hashem for Rabbi Daniel Glatstein.
Chag Pesach Sameach! I'm from Flatbush-Marine Park around the corner from Kingsway Jewish Center on Kings Highway and Nostrand Ave. From Brooklyn to Brookline, MA, I would come listen to you if I were still on E.29th St between Ave. P and Kings Highway. Am Y'Israel Chai
כבוד הרב: בנוגע לענין של האומר דבר בשם אומרו... In the 1960's I was זוכה to spend a שבת in the company of my mother's cousin הרב ישראל גראסמאן and הרב שלום שוואדרון זכרונם לברכה. Subsequently I heard a public דרשה given by Rav Schwadron in Washington Heights. Regrettably i don't remember the majority of what this צדיק said. But I do remember his הקדמה. He related that in the early days of his being a דרשן his memory was not yet so sharp and he couldn't always remember the sources of his דברי תורה, so he would always ask his audience to join him in reciting ובא לציון גואל - to cover his inability to give credit to his sources.
