Lol I think it's because he knew Young K was coming. He probably bought it ahead of time knowing Young K was coming as a way of "apologizing" for making him get beaten up.

So we all know Jae likes the coffee shop girl, Sungjin likes the main girl, and Wonpil likes Sungjin. But I just wanna throw in my own little theory about the rest:
Young K and the main girl are actually exes. Young K turned bitter from the rough break-up, which is why he appears so “bad boy”-ish. However, the girl still likes him and is frustrated that he doesn’t love her anymore.
In the mean time, Young K somehow found out that his quiet classmate (aka Dowoon) is not just quiet, he’s mute. This is why he’s so protective of him (telling the girls to leave him alone because Dowoon can’t tell them, and standing up for him in the arcade). He kind of develops a crush for Dowoon, but I’m not too sure if Dowoon likes him back. At least he really admires him and he’s thankful for helping him out.
(Edit: none of this theory matters anymore because Jae said on Twitter that Young K and Dowoon in this universe got married and had 2 kids and that’s all I care about)

It has been 6 years since I started listening to day6. Since then, I still find myself returning to their music time and time again. They have made music that is unlike any other. I am so grateful I was able to see them in concert on their second world tour in 2019. And although the group is not the same as it was and members have grown and maybe even moved on, day6 will always have a place in my heart as the 5 they were when I discovered them. They helped me through many hard times and i think a lot of other mydays understand tat feeling. I am glad I have music I can turn to to feel sadness, grief, love, happiness, and also now nostalgia. A myday in my heart forever !

ok so continuing from the theory we had in the last mv:
1. Jae is the only one who has an actual relationship with the girl (BFFs)
-But he is obviously in love with the cafe barista noona.
-He's the only one with a perfect life with no conflicts.
2. Dowoon and Brian are polar opposites (One loved by everyone, the other hated by everyone)
-But Dowoon is a rebel and he likes being alone, which was probably why Brian took notice of him - because of their similarity.
-In the end, it potrayed how 2 persons of totally different backgrounds can be friends (:
-Both of them have no interest in having a girlfriend.
3. The girl has a crush on Brian.
-Even though she seemed annoyed with him because he couldn't be bothered with her, she secretly likes it.
4. Sungjin is in love with the girl. He always admires her from far, never coming close to her.
-In the end, Sungjin realised he shouldn't wait any longer and plucked up the courage to go after the girl.
5. Wonpil is Sungjin's best friend, always by his side.
-But he seems to be troubled everytime he sees Sungjin looking at the girl.
I'm still confused about Wonpil.

Like it's not entirely explicitly stated who likes who (except for Jae ofc). It's entirely up to the viewer's imagination because nothing is set in stone. It's entirely plausible that Wonpil liked Sungjin, or Wonpil likes the girl. It's also entirely plausible for Brian to like Dowoon and vice versa, or them just becoming friends. Even in the scene with Brian and the girl, she looks clearly annoyed with him, which at first glance could mean she's done liking him. On the other side, I've seen people say that Brian being hard to get is making her like him even more (she looks annoyed but isn't) There's enough evidence to support both sides of all of he arguments above, but not enough to confirm one side as cannon over the other.

Just a theory, but to me it seems more like it was a flashback where wonpil saw that the girl dropped the keychain and he just kept it
The key chain was left on the right side of the black platform before the bus doors since the doors are on the right side of the bus, which means that sungjin was the one who dropped it since he exits from the right unlike the girl who comes from the front of the bus and exits on the left side. So the key chain belongs to sungjin.
