Yes for sure, try in other region for easy approval from the client. It means suppose of you are working in india try in UAE..... Safety officer resume need to be approved by client which will be recommending for experience. So normally will be doing additional hours as safety officer. It means will work as roustabout for 12 hours and then will work (assist to existing safety officer) for another 3 hours. In such a way can get experience. Where you are working now. Salam, Unfortunately it looks like you lost your money, I do not think that any Vietnam company will take an indian in thier junior crew. Since lot of vietnamis are available locally to work in lower rate. So why should they hire from india? Also they need to spend for our travel expenses....

Few companies will be recruiting freshers due to lower salary package,and normally will be paying less than 2000 rupees per day for a fresher.
