A great cover, though the recording engineer(s) could have faded the background instrumentals to allow Dana Flanagan's powerful vocals to come to the fore - as both Grace Slick and Pink dominated in their recorded performances of this magnificent piece. Dana Flanagan has incredible power, but apparently was held back in this piece - even though she was damned good!

Q: I've been thinking that despite all the great videos for White Rabbit, that the song is so strong than none of them have ever done it justice... or at least not the way I'd like a video to look.
So again, Question: Is there any way to make and release one without worrying about getting sued over royalties? I'd want to do 100% of the visuals, (myself or work for hire), and I wouldn't mind paying for the copy of cover like this one, but it would need to be based on original song and musical score, so again, is there any ways to do it that's 100% legal? Can I write a check for $1,000 or whatever, or some other catch where I can be sure to not be sued for more than a trivial amount if I never charge anyone to view it? Thanks.
