I'd love to have that nova I have a brand new 427 big block that's 60 over afr heads Howard's roller cam about 10.5 to 1 compression it made 661 hp and 605 torque on the dyno I sure hate to put it in my 88 monte carlo SS but I can't find anything decent to put it in.

Maybe it's just me, but I'd have put an old school Carb on it and took all the electronic stuff out. Just seems like more trouble than it's worth.

Yes it is and I'm right there with you. He is trying to get running and enjoy in until he can restore the whole car.
I know this is a old video but that blue holley pump is not enough fuel pressure for a tbi they need about 16 to 19 psi
Exactly right but just enough to get it running. 12 to 14lbs works to drive it around but no hotroding lol

I would’ve tested every piece of that with the meter because so much of that crap is bad these days because it’s made in China ignition parts

Why do you need 02 censor for 72 nova
It has a 1991 fuel injected TBI 350 in it now.
Love them Nova projects, and you seem to do good work, but the repetitive back ground music made the video unwatchable for me
