1½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cinnamon (you can use any other seasonings of your choice).
1 tbsp sugar ( you can add more if you want)
½ salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water ( you can add extra for the right consistency you needed)
¼ cup vegetable oil
butter for frying
