@@munish126 it's been almost 4 month, working fine without relay and I also checked bulb sockets they are completely fine with them. Beside this there is much improvement in night driving ealier I was struggling with stock bulbs.

Aapka information galat hain. Firstly all these bulbs are halogen. Any upgrade from standard 60/55 will require relay wiring because of increased heat. Extra wiring comes with ceramic holders which can withstand more heat. Philips or osram wiring is available from Rs.700 to max 1200 only. The blue light bulbs are usually within 60/55 w range and don't need relay. They offer slightly better output than standard but don't last very long. Also using 130/100 bulbs in car headlights will lead to reflectors melting or full headlight becoming yellow. Using such high output will also blind oncoming traffic and all these modifications are illegal.

Actually aapka videos already informative hain... but as an automotive enthusiast I am just highlighting certain points.
Issue mechanic or non mechanical ka nahi hain. Issue heat ka hain. Halogen mein heat zyada hota hain, jab upgrade ki baat hota hain. Simple example hain ghar ka purana filament bulb, zyada watt matlab zyada heat.
Phir bhi aap convince nahi hain, toh temperature gun laga ke dekh lo, difference between 60watt and 100 watt bulb.
Iss liye aaj kaal led ka bulbs zyada discuss ho raha hain.

As I have commented. If you are upgrading your bulbs, get relay wiring done. Branded Philips or osram wiring will cost you between 700/1200. You can buy from car accessories shop or online from Amazon or flipkart. I fit relay wiring myself, very simple, you can search for online videos. Or visit auto electrician. With relay wires, you can upgrade bulbs to 100/90 or 130/100 also. But 130 bulbs will lead to reflector of headlight getting black after some time. Stick to 100/90 bulbs. I have been using this for the past 6 years in all my cars without any issues.

You will get bulbs in all formats ie halogen, led and xenon. But since you have projectors, I suggest you take full advantage of the situation and use xenon bulbs. If you are from the Delhi NCR region I can suggest Blaze enterprise for further assistance. I have no tie up with them... but would recommend them... recently purchased a full projector setup with xenon 55w bulbs and ballast of 6500k from him for my Goa based SX4 car. Working beautifully and lights up the entire road at night. Tested them out during heavy rains too and the output is way better than halogens. I have these fitted in my fog light area. I have still retained my 100/90 halogen bulbs with relays in my headlights.
