    Sir please mention which p/P you are using clearly. Its very difficult to understand because the dipole moment and polarisation have the notation "P". Please write clearly.

    can you please prove grad(1/r)=1/r2 instead of (-1/r2)

      ∇(1/r) is indeed -1/r^2. But here it's ∇(1/(r-r')) where r is fixed and r' is the variable.
