Great content per usual. Rock on!
Thanks!!!
Love my Wekapo 11X11, has yet to fall down when set up properly. Iâll switch between my Shibumi and Wekapo depending on need.
That's a great beach shade tag team!
These vids are exactly what I needed! I didn't even know about all the other options other than Neso. Thank you!
Glad I could help! Thanks for watching!
I love my neso gigante but the wekapo looks like an awesome buy!
You got a good one, George!
Hi! How do you like the black Neso? i'm thinking on buying one, but iÂīm not sure as if it will be too hot under the tent. Given it is a sunny beach day with regular to low winds, how does temperature feel inside?
It feels cooler under the black Neso because it absorbs the sun's heat, keeping everything underneath it cooler than lighter colors. Does that help ya out?
@@BeachGearGuy It sure does! Thank you for your time, i'll order one
I'm on the fence about purchasing one of the following tents for 2/3 people: Neso Grande, Red Suricata and Sun Ninja... I read that the most wind resistant and portable is the Neso (I'm aware that it comes with only 2 poles), which one would you recommend? The Suricata seems too pricy (I don't need all the accessories included)... Thank you
Thanks for the question! This video may answer it: th-cam.com/video/D7EeD6rs_LM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=W0G-ivd7vF4YOkl7 I own a Red Suricata, and I wouldn't recommend it. Please let me know if the video helps you out.
@@BeachGearGuy I'll follow your advice thanks! And I'm getting 2 extra poles too. Congratulations on you great channel, cheers from Italy!!! ð
Italy! Very nice! Glad the video helped!
@@BeachGearGuy I'm in touch with the producer, they told me that UV protection is the highest for the black print, while the heat perception under it is not relevant as these tents are created to reflect heat from the surface... Would you recommend the black version? I burned my skin standing under my previous blue tent from another brand so I'm leaning towards darker colors
@@Unclog_my_gamecat_backlog Yes! Darker colors absorb heat, and lighter colors reflect it. Watch this video: th-cam.com/video/D7EeD6rs_LM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0QHU-PiApxaLhkjs Near the end of the video, I explain why I like darker sun shades.
Ty for review. We love our Neso (and beaching with our red Jeep too!) Is there a link for sand scoop?
Cool! I just added a link for the scoop in the description for you.
well. first time using our new neso grande. winds today according to my app says 14 and gusts to 27. on the beech feels like steady 27.
it took a couple tries to get the bags buried deep enough but itâs holding well all day.
Fantastic! Thanks for sharing your windy day experience today with the Grande!
that windy day ended up bending a pole. neso is sending me a replacement. they have great customer service. they did tell me that they do not recommend burying the sand bags. if they move just mound up sand in front of them.
@@CHRISTIAANTODD3 I'm Sorry to hear about your troubles at the beach. I've never had a Grande pole break, but I have had a Gigante pole snap in the wind. Neso recommends bracing and burring their anchor bags in one of their instructional videos. I think I've actually wind-tested their products more than they have. But I'm glad they're sending you a replacement pole. I hope your next trip to the beach is a better one.
Naturehike has just released a beach shelter, would be great to hear your opinion on it!
Thanks for letting me know! I'll check it out!
God bless you, Beach Gear Guy! Jesus loves you!
Thanks, SpyderDan!
why did you buy the nesso grande twice?
I actually bought three. Mice ate my first blue Grande, which was a bummer. Then I bought a black Grande. Then I decided black wasn't a very beachy color, so I bought another blue Grande.
Wow that is a Long Beach cover.
Yeah! These beach shades can cover a lot of beach buddies.
Thanks
@@davidlahaisejr7479 You bet buddy!
love the beach videos! keep reviewing beach stuff! Shibumi. sobello & water buffalo are some cool beach companies out there
I tell you what: I'll upload a Shibumi vs. Solbello comparison video for you next weekend.
@@BeachGearGuy sounds good! In my opinion these are the top two innovative beach shades on the market at the moment. Interested to see the differences
