Is there a packaging standard of WebAssembly/WASI that would be similar to JAR files in Java?

Not as far as I'm aware no. The only standard is the binary itself.

@@RyanLevicksVideos I'm going to try to join your team effort. I think WA should reuse some of the good work put in Java, like OSGi for module definition, at least as a starting point.
