I was so pleasantly surprised by catrice’s eyeshadow palettes. They have great pigmentation and color stories.
Such a good reminder that excellent makeup need not be expensive. Could you please mention your shades with the complexion items next time? Or at least list them in your video below. Shade references are always handy 🙂

The wet n wild Break up proof liquid eyeliner is amazing. Packaging sometimes leaks a bit onto the brush, so i leave it standing brush side up to avoid that. The Moira waterproof lipliners are good as well as the Revlon Colorstay. The Nyx line loud are nice too, but the bullet dries out a little towards the bottom of the lead. That said that happen to me with the pat mcgrath as well, wich is why I prefer twist ups.

I love the wet and wild tinted moisturizer! I wondered why no one was talking about it. I have it in my kit for mature skin and it works wonders. It really looks skin like! It’s not full coverage nor does it last all day but I can add concealer or spot foundation if needed. I took this with me as my only foundation to Spain and my skin looked fantastic in all the pics!

Love the nyx Bare with me concealer. I wear it to cover my acne on “no makeup days” and it does look like I’m not wearing anything. I think it is over 10 dollars, but I got it for 9, so it counts! 😂

I’d love a full face of Moira. There’s not enough spotlight on that brand. The loose shifty pigments look stunning. I’m so tempted but can’t rly find much content using them.

Excited!! I’m so curious about their shifty loose pigments, shifty shadows, singles especially the shade Jupiter, their single potted shadows & the waterproof lip liners not the wooden ones. I find the more gel ones (charlottes, nyx line loud) are so long lasting. Just so much stuff but those are def up there. Oh their powder foundation, loose & pressed givenchy ‘dupe’ setting powders w/ the different colors. I know how picky you are & how much you’ve tried. So curious your thoughts. Plus they need a bigger spotlight. Whichever store starts carrying that brand is gonna make a killing I think!!

Loved this video. I actually use the wet n wild tinted hydrator and I have oily skin. I've repurchased it and have 2 different colors. Another good concealer is the Pretty Fresh concealer by Colourpop. $9 Has hyaluronic acid. That whole line is great, Foundation and tinted moisturizer. But since I have oily skin. I don't use it with the primer or setting spray. I use it with a mattifying primer and I set it with powder, then a setting spray. The Milani setting spray pairs great

I like the elf concealers if i spray them with mixing medium or a functioning longwear setting spray. Otherwise they are not water resistant enough for me.
I use the ELF Hydrating Camo concealer and love it just as well as my NARS Radiant Creamy. Also, Wet N Wild's Incognito is very similar. Prep really is the key.

When I was getting into makeup in 2016 wet n wild was the first makeup brand I’ve bought I’m definitely going to try the hard candy primer and the catrice foundation
I used to love them back in the day! Going to need to try some more from the brand again
I loved this! If I could recommend a good eyeshadow formula at under $10, LA girl really delivers a lot of the time! Their 9 pans barely scrapes by at $9.99, but if you shop at the drugstore/pharmacy (CVS), and have $5 rewards it makes the price go down !
The 9 pans have a pigmented, buttery, blend able formula that doesn't fade, and some of the shimmers give a foiled effect! I truly recommend it!

Great video! I personally only use the Tatcha silk canvas balm. I’ve tried the Elf, but it doesn’t work as well for me. I am 66 with dragon dry scaly skin and this smooths everything out and my makeup lasts 12 hours. Love the Fit for me powder! I’m also a snob about eyeshadow palettes. Much prefer Indie brands and the occasional Natasha Denona.
Tatcha canvas balm never worked out for me, though I loved it in the liquid form!

The Maybelline Fit me blushes I have tried look almost indistinguishable on the cheeks from Pat Macgrath blushes. Now are they creamy, silky or anything like that? No. But 1 to 1.5 layers of it looks almost exactly like a satin finish high end blush wich is great.

Physicians formula butter glow concealer is more like the tower 28 imo. I don’t think the tower 28 is full coverage personally. I’d say more medium and serum like.

This is a nice video but what about other affordable lines such as Juvias Place or Morphe when it comes to eyeshadow. I feel like these companies could’ve provided you more options to offer more in areas of eyeshadow, lips, setting spray etc.

I always use waterproof mascara bc it's better to hold a curl and my lashes point straight down. I have the essence waterproof mascara (blue one) and it literally flakes. It flakes as I'm applying the mascara! I do not recommend.
Ugh my problem with waterproof mascara is its too hard to take off LOL

I kind of hate the mentality of "You get what you paid for" because I have purchased a variety of expensive products that were terrible quality. There are a slew of brands that charge up the wazoo based on name alone. Affordable doesn't mean cheap. My Colourpop palettes are just as good of quality as my more expensive palettes. It just feels elitist to assume less expensive means low quality or lesser than. Besides, Nikki La Rose did several videos on affordable products and talked about the quality of several different foundations, blushes, and bronzers. Some of them, in her opinion, were just as good as the more expensive brands too.

REVLON eyeliners I’ve worn for years and years my most repurchased items the liquid is so easy to handle glides perfectly and their black/brown color I cannot beat I’ve tried so many others I put it on my top lid and use the pencil liner on the bottom they are like tattoos last forever u til u remove them 🤍🤎🖤🤍🤎🖤🤍🤎🖤🤍🤎🖤
