Army loves to romanticize things. They literally filmed and shot pictures for photobook Summer package 2018 in Saipan so it's not like they specialy dressed and went there just for Jungkook. He was just one of the many camera man on the set. Suga even said during 2018 Festa performance that he is "tired of Jungkook random filming".

The reason that this gcf was uploaded so soon after the last one is because it's related to a dvd that they filmed. the dvd set had its own official trailer of course, but this gcf came shortly after that trailer and before the preorder started so it sort of helped to further promote the dvd. if you notice on the end credit scene under "gcf in Saipan" it says "2018 Summer Package", this is the title of the dvd set. every year they used to film a "Summer Package" where they basically go on a summer vacation all together (for like a week i think?), they have now replaced this with "Winter Package" which is actually where the gcf in Helsinki is set.

Fun story: a few days ago I asked one of my friends who's doing video editing to have a look at Tokyo GCF, to have an objective point of view, because I love jk so much I know sometimes I'm not always super objective. And this happened : he first gave me harsh but honest criticism saying it wasn't very professional, just a bunch of clips put together. And I was like okay fair enough I asked for it, thanks for your honest opinion. And then he just went like "hE ShOuLd JuSt StIcK tO SiNgInG, KnOw yOur StReNgTh". And I was like wow okay that's not constructive criticism anymore, calm down. And he dared to say that as a multimillionaire, his comments won't affect him to much anyways.
