I’ve been wanting a kraven movie since the first McGuire movie released……. This ain’t it lol the trailer/8min just feels like a generic super soldier type movie
How great would it be if we got a Sony Spider-Man universe with Spider-Man, but he's not the main character. The main goal and the main storytelling is about his enemies tackling their own issues from their own perspective. Imagine if we got a universal storytelling centered around these antagonists put through the prospective lens of a hero's journey. Just told with these villains. It would provide a unique perspective on their morality issues and their complexities that makes them such grounded and compelling characters. And then when Spider-Man comes into the stories come, he could either help them through it or refuse to help them because what they're doing is actually not right. If Spider-Man was in all of these films, he would have had a great supporting role and probably would have built and developed these characters, making them more engaging and interesting. That's what I think of when I think of spin-off characters of villains. Not gritty anti-heroes that are stripped of their original qualities just to appeal to them being a superhero. That's dumb. What I said above should be what happens in the future if they ever wanted to try to make these films again. Put Spider-Man in it. Use him as a supporting character in the villain story and let the audience know that these villains are not good by characters, but we know their journey and we know that they're the protagonist and they have to go through all the heavy hard-hitting stuff. Make it like Joker, except have tones and styles that fit those characters. That would have been so much better.
I feel bad for Ariana DeBose as all of her movies after her Oscar win has a bad rep and now nobody remembers her as an Oscar winner. I hear people say Ariana DeBose is the worst one of the cast in Kraven and it sucks because she's one of the reasons why I'm planning to watch this. At least I do have high hopes for her next film, Love Hurts.
Its 2024 , gonna be 2025 Just bout everything that can be made.. has been.. me personally, i wanna just be entertained. If am entertained , am happy. Lookimg foward to seeing it.
Good thing I plan to watch Sonic the Hedgehog 3 instead of Kraven. I'm not expecting to like Kraven since I haven't liked ANY of the Sonyverse Movies (I HATED Venom 1 and 2, and Marbius and Madame Web were barely any better. They were awful in their own way. I haven't seen Venom 3 yet, though, so I could be surprised with that film). All I can do I hope Kraven is not as bad as those films.
All of these Spiderless Sony movies felt like they were stalling for time. Did they think they were going to use Spider-Man eventually. Why constantly tease something that was never going to happen.

yes she has had bad lack since then- I.S.S. was a huge flop and so was Wish (which at least was a voice role).
Just saw the movie - aint no way this movie deserves to have the same score as Morbius... its not even close
