The 50th Daytona Turkey Run, the largest combined classic car show and swap meet in the United States, will be in the infield at Daytona International Speedway! Four days of family fun kicks off on Thanksgiving Day and runs through Sunday, November 28! Nightime activities will be held Wednesday-Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Speedway in 2023 featuring music, cruise & show, and "car" games like Teeter-Totter, Rod Joust and Blind Go-Kart race.
The annual Daytona Turkey Run is a car enthusiasts dream held each Thanksgiving weekend in the infield of the World Center of Racing. Held 100% outdoors on 480 acres in the infield, special features include Swap Meet vendors, Car Show with 5000+ collector cars, Car Corral with 1500+ cars available for sale or trade, and handmade art, crafts and fashion - perfect for holiday shopping! Great event. I was there and made several videos also. I like your steady, clean and smooth takes while you film. Everybody will agree that this year the er than chances of getting ran over by a scooter where much higher than getting ran over by a car!

After going to Turkey Rod Run in Daytona for 25+ years, I'm hanging it up.
The staff has decide to implement rules against any personal scooters inside the venue. Apparently, they don't realize their crowd is getting older and not able to walk miles in a day with assistance or a scooter. They have enforced no personal scooters, however you can rent their personal scooters for $100/day. Go figure! Not sure how any board could make this decision without violating ADA laws.
I guess it sucks that we are getting old and in the way of their agenda.
