Exactly! Gohan and krillin were the stars in the first half of the namek saga, them releasing their ki againts the ginyu force will always be iconic. Its insane how they only gave them an ex unit...
@@Artsyjasonthey should release as SP unit, with new Animation special move when both of them shoot Kamehame & masenko together. So sad they just recycle old Animation, even Krillin still using kienzan even though he didn't use it at all in this fight.

Yeah, my only complaint is that the Tag Krillin and Gohan should've been a sparking instead of an EX. They definitely have enough resources to apply that action to make them a sparking character, but I'm assuming the development time is being allocated towards this year's Legends Festival. At this point, just stop and retire EX units and make them sparkings instead, not that hard to do, just change the rarity and not gimp their stats, and I'm fine with them having some reused animations at this point as long as they have 1 or 2 new animations like how this Tag Gohan and Krillin have a new green card animation despite being an Ex character and as long as the main LF unit looks good animation wise. Plus EX units are harder to pull due to their low rates and is harder to pull multiple copies and they have gimped stats, so it's just more beneficial and better to make them Sparking characters.
They are EX because they re-use animtions. The problem is not them being EX but rather how harder it is to get more stars on EX's compared to Sparkings.
@@serdar3578Never understood that logic. Why make EX harder to get? Every EX unit is star reliant and by the time you get them to a acceptable star level they're irrelevant. They can also stop holding back so much on the stats of EX units.
@@archie5756 Agree back in the days the point of them holding back, was because they have the OP equipments but nowadays all the other platin and awakened equipments come close to it anyways. So don't hold back with the stats.
