- An equipment already out of line but that was already ahead of its time. The Timecode signal for Serato and Traktor is placed inside your HD and accessed quickly. The Answer to Scratchs is amazing. Undoubtedly an equipment that could be relaunched to the market with the addition of new technologies as well.
You need an endorsement from native Instruments!!! Your videos made me buy a maschine to add to my setup - if that’s not good advertisement then idk what is. Keep it up dude you are really talented!

Hello and thank you for your video. I have two Numark HDXs myself and after many years I would like to use them with Serato. Did you connect them to Serato via midi, and then upload the timecodes to the hard disk? Can HDX buttons be mapped to Serato? Thanks and greetings from Italy.

Question, how does the movement of the vinyl translate to a scratch? What tracks the vinyl movement in the absence of the needle? Is it a lazer perhaps the bit that sits at the top?
the plastic piece fixed on top of vinyl is fixed to a ring in the spindle. That ring, that spins free from the spindle, is the thing traked.
the light on top is just there as visual mark of 12 oclock position

Hi! I use HDX with Serato. I put Timecodes inside the HDs and the response is sensational. I also added Traktor and Rekordbox Timecodes.
