Not a fan of any boyband before. But when I learned about this group, there is something about SB19 that will make you fall in love with them immediately. Aside from Pure talent and looks. This group has a heart of gold. Now I've been binge watching all their videos and vlogs since their debut. I wanna see them achieve greater heights and inspire more people.

I watched your Toni Talks and Korean interview reaction yesterday and I see you cry again today. 🥺 Yes. These boys have gone through a lot and I couldn’t believe how people even created issues to demean them. But these boys really stood up against all criticisms and just focused on their music. Instead of getting pulled into the negativity, they used those criticisms to make themselves better and even create songs out of it (ex. Bazinga). And with their music, they not only touched their fan’s soul but also reached out to their haters to make them listen.
No matter what country you come from, as long as you support and love SB19 you would literally cry or get touched with this video. The video makes you to love them even more. Thank you so much po ate (big sis) for reacting to this video! As an A'tin wherever places/country you are, we are as one and we feel and share our own struggles together with our bias SB19.

2) As a fellow dedicated A'TIN, I TOTALLY AGREE WITH WHAT YOU SAY, APRIL. I guess us being A'TIN we all have a common point that cause our deep admiration for SB19 and that's because we all cannot help but RESPECT THEIR STRUGGLES. And not only SB19 but all idols in general. I honestly am not an avid KPop fan, but I have never hated their success because I know and respect what these "idols" went through. I also tried to dance and entertain in the past, and I only dabbled in it, but it already gave me a hard time, how much more these guys? Sure luck is part of the equation, but if you did not work hard for it, luck can only get you so far. Those who cannot relate to the struggles of these people, they just better shut up and mind their manners. Seriously there is nothing more rude than to mock a hardworking person.

The group you saw is the PPop boy group, "Alamat" (English translation: Legend), and that is their music video for "Kasmala" (it's a rearrangement of the words "Malakas" meaning strong.). That music video was well-made and showed snippets of Philippine history when the country was under American colonization.

as a'tin I always look back sb19 moments like this I can feel the how bashers hurt them so much.but they prefer to stand up for the people who stand on their side and believe in them.and they did it with the good heart and forget those bad and distructive comments they held each others hand and keep going.that is why sb19 blessed with undeniable success now.
I think it was good that SB19 were a bit older when they reached stardom, I mean the maturity really shows from how they handle stress to how they react or not react to their haters. Since they were one of the first, they experienced the full brunt of hate and negativity and eventually paved the way that made it easier for newer groups to succeed in the industry.
I love how you reacted to this...you seems to know more about SB19 their dreams and struggles in life! We fans who liked to listen to their music and promote Filipino talents to share around the pop world made me love them more. Thank you for sharing your honest opinion:)

27:13 We're proud to introduce to you: ALAMAT. They're another boy PPop group, composed of members generally younger than SB19, 1st.One and BGYO, but are nevertheless just as talented. I think they're about the same age group as VXON, but I could be wrong. "Alamat" is a Filipino word that literally translates to "Legends".

Chuck had some lapse there when he mentioned Stell's sense of humor instead of being good at CHOREOGRAPHY because he mentioned all the members' other talents and just a personality for Stell (although he'd be a great comedian and talk show host, I must say). But overall, he did an amazing documentary.
Anyone can teach choreography, Ken does. They all dance so well, so being good at it does not make Stell standout from the rest of SB19, but what makes Stell special is his ability to make people laugh and smile. He has that sunny personality that deserved to be highlighted. Note that Chuck said "their unique ability/quality about them". He did not have any lapse there, it's intentional. Stell's sense of humor makes him stand out from the group and IT IS WELL-WORTH MENTIONING.
Then again that's just me....and Chuck apparently. Have a good one. :)
@@psyche9908 wow! I can't believe you could say that! Don't underestinate Stell just because you feel everybody can do it. Choreography is more than just dancing. It's the same thing as not everybody who can sing can also write songs or teach voice lessons. There's a reason why he'a the MAIN CHOREOGRAPHER. Chuck admitted he that he forgot about that. It's not the same reason as yours.
I agree, was surprised about that, I mean, yes they can all dance and probably do choreo, But why was Stell the main choreographer? He did the viral breaking Go Up, What and others except Bazinga and Mana, so he should be given the credits.
These young kings, did their grind and perseverance. They deserved every ounce of success!

In 26:48 they were performing at a School Campus when Stell twisted his ankle. Though in pain, he continued performing like nothing happened. He would have finished the song if not for Tatang Robin (the Founder of ShowBT) stepping in and pulling him out. Although he was pulled out, he still chose to continue singing. The other members were worried (they were throwing glances at what's happening) but still continued performing and adjusted impromptu for the absence of Stell in the choreo. After this, Stell needed to rest at the hospital because his feet was very swollen.
May he recover and heal completely. Sending hugs and prayers for him.

I stumbled upon this vlog just now. I was clueless about SB19 until about a month ago. In the past, I was wondering what the fuss was about the viral Gento challenge shorts/reels. When I finally discovered SB19, they got me totally hooked, especially Stell. My day is not complete without watching anything about them. I can tell how much of an authentic A'tin you are when you get affected when you see the boys get emotional talking about their sacrifices and struggles. From another A'tin here, I ❤ you for that!
Thank you for taking the time to know the boys further beyond their music. PPop is starting to gain momentum in the Philippines and as much as possible, we, A’TIN, are trying to set a healthier fandom culture, veering away from unrealistic standards for idols. Videos as this make people realize that even idols are humans, who have their own struggles and hardships. SB19 really does inspires people to raise the flag of Philippines WITH THEM, it's like a movement/revolution and Alamat is one of those who looks up to SB19 and just like SB19, they want to raise the Philippine Flag internationally. there management really thought them well how to handle those kinds of interview and i really believe tatang robin and miss hong ganda really loved the boys. without those performing in nursing homes , hotels and malls without people watching them that really mold them to be who they are now. Also the management really gives them the freedom to express what they want on the song and mv.

Because Josh worked as a call center agent before. So he is used to speak and handle all types of customers - whether calm or angry.
All i can say is God is so mysterious. He delays all these success for them to be prepared.
Like on Stell too, I think he is once a service crew in fastfood restos. That's why he is a good cook and have an approachable mannerism.
But I think SB19 personality is already good since they were kids. (^_^)v There is this TH-camr who interviews SB19's moms. Their attitude now are their attitude already way before.

I have been a fan of SB19 since GO UP MV, even before their dance practice got viral. No words can express how happy I was back then that our boys finally got recognized by a lot of people. As an OFW, they are my happy pill. They give me so much joy and kilig. I was there when A'tin was born,though since then I was just a silent fan supporting our MAHALIMA until now. I feel so proud of who they have become NOW! They proved to everybody that they(SB19) can do it,and will continue to do so. I am a proud A'TIN,and I am so happy that our family is getting bigger and bigger every single day. Sending hugs and kisses to everyone.💙

You will see how they defend each other , you will appreciate how smart they are handling unprofessional questions and how genuine they are.. you'll gonna love them more for sure. I remember them clearly one time when they performed on this particular mall in PH, they were dancing and singing but being a small performing group at that time, there were claps but there was no buzz. Even I myself, I remember I was just passing by and I was like, "oh okay, nice." and then went on my way after some minutes of watching. I clearly remember how they look back then, they were thin, unglamourous, and I even heard one comment 'low budget Super Junior'. My brother is a dancer so I kinda sympathize with them as some really disregards the effort behind every move that they do or every note they sing. But I had no time worrying them so I went on my way. Years later (i don't exactly how many, since am telling you, i don't remember even thenname of that particular mall 😂) possibly around 2018 they were in social media and though physically they improved, I recognized them and I was genuinely impressed. I remember Pablo the most because he was so cute 😅 the comments section on the vod to be honest were not as kind. 'Corny' 'Gayagaya (wannabes)' 'OA' 'ugly' and 'they thought they will be famous'. Looking at them being introduced at the vod, all 5 of them looked so shy just the same as I saw them at that time in the mall and I remember my father saying "When people drags other people down, God will pull them up." and in my mind, I said. These guys are gonna be big. If they persist, there will be a breakthrough. Now i'm being honest, I did not became a fan of them at that time as the genre of music that I like were different. Pop was not really my thing and I mostly listen to metal music. Until I think months later I saw Go Up and then What? and I was like. Ah-huh. Knew it. Hard work pays off. Unlike before, the next stages they would perform will be full of confidence and with audience full of cheers. I was glad I got to see them on their humble but proud origins, remembering hazy memories of Sejun's shy smile, bleached blond hair transform into the Pablo we have now that walks the stage with solid foundation of faith and confidence. Am I a fan of SB19 now? Heck yeah. I might not be a perfect fan and I don't know much about them, but my resepct for their tenacity, hard work, and humility will never change.

I honestly love kdramas.
But not really into Kpops. That's the reason why when I heard about sb19 going to the top, I ignored it.. not because I don't like them or their music. But because I didn't try listening to their music, which I regret not doing so. If only I did, I could have watched them perform here in singapore 💔🥺I've tried kpops but I really didn't fell for it. I'm a granny who sticks with west pop music. I just accidentally watched a reaction video of sb19 that in just seconds of their performance hooked me and made me binge on listening and watching them whole day 'til night and I don't mind hearing it over and over again.
That only proves that it doesn't really have to be like in korean style to be liked and known for. 'Coz not everyone like kpop. It's just their talent are screaming well enough to be known internationally.
To those who are saying rudes things to them,
please don't take the credit away from individuals who were really born with talent and worked hard to enhance it, it's heartbreaking.
